These are only a sample of things to do in and around Corning.  Don't forget...

It is only a stroll from Hillcrest to Historic Market Street and its facsinating retail shops, art galleries and you can even watch them make their art glass objects.  The streets are filled with flowers and trees.

The Finger Lakes Region is famous for its many wineries (and they all have tasting rooms).  Take a short drive to visit as many as you can.  You must have lunch at one or more of the wineries with fabulous views of the region.  We can make suggestions.

Did you know Corning is also the Sailplane soaring capital of the Nation? Experience the thrill of motorless flight available nearby.  And don't miss the National Soaring Museum.

And don't forget that Ithaca, NY home to Cornell University and Ithaca College is only a one hour drive from Corning, NY.
